At Hotel Kali Restaurant, past and present meet in a space designed for gathering, celebration, and long summer evenings, while offering an intimate and refined setting for hotel guests seeking a relaxed dining experience. Set on the very site where the first restaurant on the island of Ugljan opened in the 1960s, the space carries forward a legacy of gathering, celebration, and shared moments.
The kitchen follows a seasonal, ingredient-driven philosophy, increasingly oriented toward fish and lighter Mediterranean expressions. Working with local suppliers, the menu highlights high-quality tuna and small blue fish such as sardines and anchovies, alongside fresh vegetables and simple, balanced compositions that reflect the region and the rhythm of the seasons.
Events
Our restaurant continues the tradition of marking important life events, such as weddings, christenings, business gatherings, with a flexible approach to both hospitality and cuisine.
With a capacity of up to 130 guests indoors and an additional 50 on the terrace, the restaurant provides a versatile setting for diverse occasions.

Hotel Kali offers a thoughtfully curated breakfast catering service, delivered directly to your property for a relaxed and indulgent start to the day.
Designed around flavour, simplicity, and high-quality local ingredients, our breakfast selection covers a range of morning preferences—from a light, fibre-rich breakfast for a gentle and nourishing start; a Mediterranean-inspired option featuring local specialties such as olive oil, cheese, fish, and prosciutto; or a more energising, protein-rich breakfast designed to support an active and dynamic day.
To ensure the best service, catering reservations for the following day must be placed by 5:00 pm on the previous day.
